1. Shipping Coverage

Arabian Aura currently ships across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

We do not currently offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM may be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if applicable).


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

  • Major Cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 2–5 business days

  • Other Emirates: 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Fees

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

Important COD Conditions:

  • Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in restriction from future COD orders.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
